Email Address Validator

Thank to Paul Warren who wrote Mail-RFC822-Address on which the RFC822 validation is based. An online version of his validator can be found here.
In addition to checking that the address is RFC822 valid this page carries out some network tests, to ensure that the domain name is valid and that there is a suitable mailserver available. If possible it will get the mailserver to verify the 'local part' of the email address. Even if this page finds an address to be valid, without actually sending a real email to that address, it is impossible to be sure that the email won't bounce or that it will actually be read by anybody.
